| ----------------------------------- JEFF IN ACTION AT SUPERIOR & PROCTOR... July 21, 2008 --- The Jeff Provinzino Racing team had a tripleheader weekend on their radar from July 18-20. On Friday night, July 18, Jeff Provinzino was involved in a big wreck during the $2,000 to win AMSOIL Series feature event at the Superior (WI) Speedway and was relegated to a disappointing fourteenth place performance. Following a rain-out on Saturday evening at the Hibbing (MN) Raceway, the weekend concluded on Sunday for the #28 team at the Proctor (MN) Speedway. After starting seventeenth on the grid at Proctor, Jeff passed fourteen cars during the main event to notch an impressive third place effort! ----------------------------------- #28 TEAM ULTRA-BUSY IN MINNESOTA & SOUTH DAKOTA... July 14, 2008 --- Jeff Provinzino and his #28 Dirt Late Model team were ultra-busy last week, as they entered five events in Minnesota and South Dakota from July 9-13. On Wednesday night, Jeff finished twenty-first in the annual 'Gopher 50' at the Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minnesota. The $10,000 to win World of Outlaws Late Model Series show brought in a wealth of talent from around the country and was taped by the cameras of the SPEED Channel for broadcast later in the year. On Thursday, Jeff finished a close second to Kent Arment in a $2,000 to win WISSOTA Challenge event at the Casino Speedway in Watertown, South Dakota. After a disappointing night on Friday that saw Jeff get crashed out early in the night at the Brown County (SD) Speedway, the #28 team headed back to Minnesota. They were rained out on Saturday at the Hibbing Raceway following heat race action and then notched a runner-up performance on Sunday at the Proctor Speedway. ----------------------------------- PROVINZINO VICTORIOUS AT PROCTOR; SECOND AT HIBBING! July 7, 2008 --- The Jeff Provinzino Racing team enjoyed a stellar racing weekend following the 4th of July, as they recorded their fifth win of the 2008 racing season and an additional runner-up effort! Jeff Provinzino picked up the victory on Sunday night, July 6 at the Proctor Speedway in Proctor, Minnesota after sweeping the night's racing action. A night earlier, Jeff won his heat race at the nearby Hibbing Raceway in Hibbing, Minnesota before passing six cars in the A-Main en route to a close runner-up performance to winner Bobby Carlson. ----------------------------------- JEFF POCKETS $2,000 FOR SUPERIOR THRILLER!
